We are a virtual company of the highest order. Our firm embraces information technology and believes in the collective power of the Internet and new broadband technologies. Our associates operate virtually from any location. In essence, we maintain offices wherever there is a suitable connection to the Internet. Our organizational model is cost beneficial to us and to our clients. Each of our associates is armed with desktop or laptop computers, video teleconferencing technologies, and wireless technologies, such as PDAs and cell phones to ensure continuous connectivity.

Internet access is often achieved through the use of Symmetric Digital Service Lines (SDSL) or Asymmetric Digital Service Lines (ASDL) if SDSL is not available. Security and remote connectivity is provided through our Virtual Private Network (VPN) system, which links our central data and file servers to any remote location with access to the Internet.

Our main location in Columbia, SC provides 6500 square feet of traditional office space and amenities required to conduct business with our clients. Our office is equipped with fully wireless LAN (Local Area Network) technologies and a dedicated fast SDSL pipe to one of the leading service providers in the southeast. To minimize travel and lodging charges to our clients and increase the quality of life for our associates, we encourage virtual operations. However, we understand and know that client interaction is a crucial success factor, thus client meetings or site visits are conducted on an as needed basis.

We are a young firm with strong business consulting fundamentals acquired from leading Big-Five firms, such as Accenture (Andersen Consulting, LLP) and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Many of our associates hold advanced degrees in business, education, engineering or the sciences. We emphatically encourage the importance of education and support our associates' pursuit of continuing education either through direct school financing and/or approved sabbatical time.
